At Actively Black, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
